We believe in human connection. Our admin team responds to queries personally—you will never be directed to a chatbot. One of our founders often sets up one-to-one sessions with tutors to provide direct support and build a strong, collaborative community.

That experience shaped her mission to empower ambitious professionals to find their voice and drive results. Today, as Director of TEO Academy, she leads a global team delivering specialised English training.
